FEM Analytics

FEM analysis has the following values:

  1. It enables the possibility of press-forming to be studied from the shape of the
product. Furthermore, the shape change points can also be estimated, enabling die fabrication and the number of prototypes to be reduced.
  2. It can be used to increase added value by using stainless steel or varying the kind of steel used.
  3. It is useful for optimizing the blank size and estimating the necessary sheet thickness.
  4. It is useful for reducing the period of time required and the costs incurred to determine the optimum forming conditions.
